GENERAL

Are you selling authentic products?

Yes, all pieces are 100% authentic!

We would not risk our reputation, so you will definitely be receiving genuine products. All of them are 100% checked by our control system and marked with the special guarantee badge.

Can you measure an article of clothing for me?

Our primary desire is to make your clothes fit you. In this case, we do our best to keep measures perfectly precise, and every model of each size is measured by hand.

Can I cancel transaction if I have changed my mind?

Yes, if your item has not been dispatched yet, please contact us and we will cancel your transaction.

I have bid on the wrong colour & size. Can you send me a different colour or size?

Unfortunately, we do not swap sizes, colour or exchange items. However, we can cancel your bid or send you a request to cancel transaction, so you will be able to place the bid on the right size.

I live locally. Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we are selling items only through eBay, and there is no opportunity to pick up your order directly from our office. Sorry!


PAYMENT

I don't have paypal account, can i choose a different payment method?

I have paid for my item but wish to purchase more items. Is this possible?

Once you check out, we cannot combine items, as all items must be on the same invoice to benefit from a combined delivery discount.

How many days do I have to complete the payment?

Payment must be received within 3 days after the purchase unless a buyer has contacted us in advance, otherwise, our system will automatically open Unpaid Item Case.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but please check excluded countries list under 'Postage & Payments' section, which is located at the bottom of each listing.

How long after the payment will you dispatch the order?

We aim to pack and dispatch goods as soon as possible. However, due to busy times it may take 2 working days to dispatch your parcel.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery from Lithuania in the EU takes 4-10 working days.

Delivery from Lithuania to the rest of the world takes 10-30 working days.

Do you offer a faster shipping method?

Yes, we do offer Express Shipping with UPS. Please be sure to choose the “Express Shipping” option at checkout.

Delivery from Lithuania in the EU with UPS takes 1-3 working days. Delivery from Lithuania to the rest of the world takes 1-6 working days.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping price is mentioned in a description of every item. Each item page indicates the shipping rate for the first item as well as the lower cost to ship each additional item. If you purchase multiple items, the highest cost is the first regardless of the order in which the items are purchased.

Can I combine items to reduce shipping costs?

Yes, you can save 30% on shipping for each additional eligible item you buy from POPPRI store.

Before checking out you should wait until you have won all the items. Once you check out, you will not be able to combine items, as in order to benefit from the combined delivery discount, all items should appear on the same invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: Combined invoice can be sent for the maximum of 5 items. All items must be won and paid within 7 days and on the same invoice, to qualify for combined delivery and packaging discount. If you will have 5 unpaid items within 1 month, you will be automatically restricted from bidding. Please make sure to bid on the items you will be happy to complete the transaction.

How do I change my shipping address after I have already paid for an item?

In line with the PayPal and eBay policies we are required to ship to the address provided on your payment. If you wish to receive your purchase to a different address, we will have to refund your payment and send you a new invoice, so you can pay with the correct delivery address.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend you contacting your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying, so it will be no surprise.


RETURNS

Can I return the item I have purchased from you?

Yes, of course, if the item does not match your primary vision, you will have 60 days to return it. However, all items must be in their original condition: not worn, not washed, and with all tags and labels. Any return must be notified to us first and then returned by recorded post within 60 days of receipt. When you return the item, leave your user ID or item ID outside the parcel and declare the parcel as “Returned Goods”.

How do I request a return?

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/colour than what was purchased in the auction. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.

What do I do if something I purchased is not as described?

We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to assist when dealing with the situation. Should there occur any defects, we will do our best to set things right. In such case we will ensure a free return and full assistance with the next purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are here to help!

When I will get my refund?

Refund will be issued within 3 working days of the receipt of your return.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Yes, you will have to pay all P&P charges. We will only refund the original cost of the item’s price and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves.
